 I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. I received my FeatherStream propeller, installed it, and, based on the initial sea trial, it performs beautifully. I must admit I was a little hesitant to deal with a company I knew nothing about, was located across the ocean, and had no U.S. presence; however, this has been a very pleasant experience. I appreciated your quick responses to my many questions, delivery within the quoted time frame, and Chris' handwritten instructions to re-assemble the propeller on the prop shaft in response to my concern that I would not be able to install it without disassembly. As it turns out, I was able to fit the propeller without disassembly. An “old salt” at the boatyard showed me how to fit the three blade by spinning it while moving it up the shaft.
