Darglow Engineering has been involved with the design and manufacturing of propellers for over 30 years, we operate from two sites, Salisbury, Wiltshire and Wareham, Dorset.

When contacting Darglow you will speak directly to one of the directors Rose, Bob or Chris who have an in-depth knowledge of feathering and folding propellers.

In 2006 Bob Doyle joined Darglow as their Managing Director after 18 year as Technical Sales Director of Halyard Marine, renowned as Europe’s leading exhaust system specialists. Before joining Halyard Bob served as Chief Marine Engineer of a mooring Tug Company based on the northeast coast.  

This appointment allowed Darglow to branch out into exhaust system design, noise and vibration control offering a complete range of GRP silencers, water separators and exhaust accessories with an in-depth knowledge of their installation and operating parameters. 

We are the main distributors for Aquadrive and can offer a unique combination of experience and engineering know-how to virtually eliminate hull borne and air borne noise on your vessel.

We also offer our own range of fully feathering three bladed propellers FeatherStream, which we manufacture in house.

We are the sole UK agents for the Italian Maxprop and have been since 1982. The propeller in its original form was first patented in 1976.

We also supply the state of the art designed Flex-O-Fold range of folding propellers.

We hold large stock levels and products can normally be supplied within a few days of ordering.
