DARGLOW SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Darglow does not guarantee the performance of any propeller in any individual case or that any propeller is the most suitable propeller in any individual case for any specfic or general use.
2. Darglow is not responsible for any happening or event consequent upon giving and advise appertaining to any propeller or the resetting thereof.
3. In all cases all expenses in connection with and incidental to the removal, delivery, resetting and reinstallation are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. In respect of propellers under specification FeatherStream if required by the buyer or the buyer's authorised representative on being provided with full information being the sole responsibility of the buyer. Darglow will use it's best endeavours to reset the propeller to the buyers requirement at Darglow's workshop. Subject to clauses 1 and 2 Darglow will undertake this resetting free of charge only on the first occasion. The buyer accepts full responsibility to provide full information to Darglow as to the further requirements of the buyer. In every case Darglow does not guarantee or warrant the performance of any such propeller either before or after any resetting, for any specific or general use.
5. In respect of propellers under specification Maxprop, subject to Darglow being provided with full information by the buyer, Darglow will advise upon any setting or resetting that may be required. Darglow is not responsible for any happening or event consequent upon setting or resetting and does not give any guarantee or warranty in respect of the performance of any propeller for any specific or general purpose before or after any setting or resetting not in connection with any advice given in connection therewith.
In respect of propellers under specification Flex-O-Fold, if required by the buyer on being provided with full information, being the sole responsibility of the buyer, Dargow will exchange blade sets Darglow must be informed and blade set returned to Darglow within 2 weeks of launching boat.
6. Subject to the above all expenses in connection with and incidental to the removal, delivery, resetting and reinstallation of any propellers are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
7. All products are sold subject to the Terms of Business, which are printed overleaf.
8. Unless wrongly dispatched, goods returned for credit will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
9. All product supplied, remains the property of Darglow Engineering Ltd, until paid for in full. Goods dispatched at Buyer's Risk.
