Where does Darglow deliver to in the UK?
We use DHL UK Parcel Domestic for all our non-remote UK mainland dispatches. For Northern and Republic of Ireland we use DHL Domestic or DPD Local.

Pricing and transit times are available on request for deliveries to Europe. As we use a range of couriers for our international orders we like to get a quote for every shipment to ensure we’re giving our customers the best price available.
Will I be charged import fees to a European address?
Yes, Import VAT/Duties will be applicable and due on import and will be payable to the local government of the destination country at their local sales rate. The amount of import VAT due is calculated based on the declared customs value of the goods along with a small administration fee levied by the courier.
There is also a small export handling fee of £7.10 / £11.10 / £15.10 applied to the order by Darglow to account for export paperwork/declarations.

How can I order a Flexofold propeller or FeatherStream propeller?
As our propellers are all made to order, each product is advised on an individual basis based on your yacht’s installation. To find out more, fill out our short form for a Quote, or Arrange a Call to discuss your requirements with us.
How can I order a HydroAxe Rope Cutter?
To supply you with our HydroAxe Saildrive Rope Cutter, we would simply need you to answer the 5 following questions:

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all our shipping options come with full tracking available
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, then please let us know ASAP – if your goods haven’t yet been dispatched then we can simply cancel your order and issue a refund.
However, if the goods have already been dispatched then we would need to request the parcel be returned to Darglow with the courier (which can take up to 48 hours). Once the parcel has been received back, we can then issue a refund (less the shipping costs).
