Good old-fashioned courtesy! My call was duly returned by Nick, who spent time with me talking through whether it should be set up as left or right-handed via a V drive.

Perhaps a little unusual these days, but so helpful to talk through the possible scenarios with someone who knows their subject inside out. I didn’t need to buy anything more on this occasion, but I do buy all the various bits and pieces from Darglow to maintain the product that they originally supplied.
