I had heard only good things about FeatherStream props and decided to fit one to my Starlight 35 in March 2024. While my existing two-blade folding prop had served me well for the 9 years I have owned the boat, she had always had some vibration, especially at cruising revs around 2600 to 2700 rpm in spite of renewing all engine mounts, cutlass bearing, etc.

The new 3 blade featherstream has removed almost all vibration, even when pushing the engine up to wide open throttle. Sailing performance has not suffered, cruising speed has improved and manoeuvring is pure joy. The only regret I have is not doing it years ago.

Lastly the service and support from Darglow is first class.
